Role at Lloyd's Register

Estelle leads Business Assurance within the Lloyd's Register Group. As such she is responsible for ensuring that our management system is effective in mitigating business risk.

The role includes setting our policies and practices for quality, health & safety and environment but more importantly ensuring that our management system is flexible to meet the changing needs of our business and supports us in delivering products and services that create superior customer satisfaction.

Estelle joined Lloyd's Register in July 2007. Prior to that she has held similar roles at Alstom Power, Fujitsu Services and the UK Financial Ombudsman Service. Her professional background is in major account development and project management.

Qualifications

Estelle graduated from Sheffield University with a degree in Economics and Business. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute and was European Quality Leader of the year in 2006.

Personal Background

Estelle is married to both Roger and her yacht. Passionate about sailing she tries hard also to find time for walking, the theatre and searching for fungi.
