Our requirements
Successful candidates will have previous experience in the oil
and gas industry and be able to operate at a senior level within
their area of expertise. Typically, we expect candidates to have
the following attributes:
• identify the key elements of a (perhaps multi-disciplinary)
complex problem and determine a solution
• manage projects and coordinate activities
• coach, train and develop colleagues
• take decisions that are not routine and involve risks to the
business
• develop relationships with clients
• understand client needs and translate these into practical action
plans
• be mobile and able to undertake a significant amount of business
travel.
