We want you to get the most from your assessment. To make
sure you do, we will visit your company twice before we can
recommend approval. Before we visit, we will discuss and agree with
you:
• the visit dates, start and finish times
• the assessment team
• how long the visit will last
• which parts of your business we will visit.
We will carry out and report each visit in your national
language unless you request otherwise.
