BT Design and BT Operate have successfully gained certification in their own right against ISO9001: 2000 (Quality Management), following surveillance audits by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance.

Bill Allison, head of process compliance and quality assurance BT Operate, said: "These important milestones have been delivered against a background of driving to deliver and support customer experience improvements, ongoing transformation and organisational re-alignment.
