Teleperformance, the UK

Security Management System has been certified as compliant against
the requirements of ISO/ IEC 270001:2005, covering all of
its UKsites and
activities.
Teleperformance is one of the few companies to have been awarded
this certification to the international standard that requires a
business to have appropriate safety and security measures covering
up to 134 of the control areas which safeguard information and
intellectual property assets. Across all areas of business and
commerce, there are less than 400 companies in the
UK, and only 4,000 worldwide, certified against
ISO 27001:2005.
Released in 2005 by the International
Organization for Standardization (ISO), the confidentiality,
integrity and availability of information assets are the principal
aspects that this international standard
addresses.
The entire audit for this certification was conducted by Lloyd's
Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), a renowned international lead
provider of certification, assessment and verification
services.
