In turn, this helps minimise risks to life, property and the environment.

Class suspension and withdrawals

The listing provides details of ships no longer classed by Lloyd's Register for reasons given.

A complete listing can also be found on the IACS web site www.iacs.org.uk.

These ships, so far as can be established, remain in service (unless otherwise stated) and this information will therefore be of assistance to any involved parties.

The suspension/withdrawal date is agreed by the Committee. The list includes details up to November 30, 2007.
