There is a constant need to balance maintenance against resource
constraints, which often compromises the effectiveness of the
maintenance programme and can increase the risk of equipment

What is MSO?
MSO is a process that helps you determine the most efficient and
effective maintenance techniques, producing a maintenance strategy
that is geared specifically to your operations.
For this to take place a review of your current maintenance
programme needs to be undertaken and the results are then compared
to maintenance management best practice to help identify potential
areas for improvement.
