RuleOutlook Live
RuleOutlook Live is an interactive online service to keep users
informed and up-to-date with the regulatory environment affecting
the maritime industry.
It is currently available to shipowners, shipbuilders, managers and
flag administrations. Later on, once the necessary changes to the
system have been completed it will be extended to designers,
equipment manufactures and other marine bodies.
RuleOutlook Live allows you to produce reports containing
comprehensive and timely information on future legislation
emanating from such bodies as the International Maritime
Organization (IMO), the International Association of Classification
Societies (IACS) and the European Union (EU).
The system also highlights the impact of proposed legislation on
various sectors of the industry, such as the shipowners,
shipbuilders and flag administrations, and will track relevant
changes to legislation already in force.
What next?
To access and use RuleOutlook Live, users will need an account
that gives them access to Lloyd's Register's ClassDirect Live
service.
