Written scheme of examination

We develop, write and review Written Schemes of Examination. Typically, our engineers consider the safety case, all safety-critical elements and additional elements, the verification basis and the verification scheme.

Our in-house WSE database system is used to prepare and manage schemes for all types of asset, including fixed platforms, FPSOs, mobile installations and onshore plant.

The database manages the content of the Written Schemes of Examination and has been designed to provide a practical verification implementation solution. It generates workpacks for examiners and holds examination records.

If the result of a verification examination is unsatisfactory, the database records the corrective actions required and taken and records re-examination results. More than just a software tool, the WSE database is a functional and intuitive system. As a tool it is suitable for all types of assurance service provided by our technical specialists.
