Lloyd's Register publishes first issue of Passenger Ship

Lloyd's Register has published the first issue of its Passenger
Ship Focus magazine, the latest in its ongoing series of
'Focus' publications dedicated to specific sectors of the maritime
industry. The publication contains 12 pages of information and news
relevant to the passenger ship sector.
Issue 1, December 2005, covers the following topics:
- passenger market outlook - ropax, high-speed craft, cruise
ships and yachts
- Lloyd's Register's loading instrument approval process
- the revised SOLAS chapter II-1
- risk assessment for passenger ships
- comfort criteria for passenger ships
