Corporate Reporting
What is verification of corporate reports?
A process which evaluates a company's 'sustainability' report to
ensure that it:
- identifies subject matter that is material to stakeholders
- responds to these material concerns
- has systems in place to manage its reporting and performance,
and that
- quality data and information is disclosed.
'Sustainability' reports may also be known as environmental,
social responsibility or corporate social responsibility
reports.
What can verification do for you?
- you will publicly demonstrate your company's commitment for
transparent accountability in operations and performance
- it will establish the integrity of your system(s) and processes
that manage your 'sustainablity' reporting and performance,
especially the quality of data and information disclosed
- it provides your Board with increased confidence in the
accuracy and completeness of data and information used to make
their business and commercial decisions
- it helps identify opportunities for improvements generating
cost benefits and commercial advantage
- it provides you with our verification opinion statement which
can help you improve your credibility and reputation with
stakeholders.
Who can be verified?
Any company, regardless of its industrial sector, can publish a
