We are dedicated to providing our graduates with the support they need to meet the highest standards in the shipping industry. From the start, you will be allocated a mentor who will help guide you through your development as a surveyor and prepare you for a future with Lloyd’s Register. Our dedicated graduate team will be on hand to make sure you get any further guidance and support you need.

Technical courses are scheduled in the Graduate Training Scheme as well as soft skills courses such as presentation, communication and influencing skills.

Throughout your career with Lloyd’s Register, you will take part in regular assessments and reviews to find out how you are doing, along with a personal development plan to make sure you have got a clear structure to your learning. You will also be given all the training and support you need to become a vital part of Lloyd’s Register and really do something that matters.
