The ASME Code requires that manufacturers seeking a Certificate of Authorisation demonstrate that they have established an adequate quality control system, including a quality manual defining how the ASME Code is implemented. Manufacturers in the nuclear field must additionally demonstrate compliance with ASME quality assurance requirements. We have the necessary expertise to help you establish a fully documented quality system to meet ASME requirements.
What are the benefits?
Certified compliance with the ASME Code is often mandated as part of a contract for supply of materials or components. Even if not required, ASME certification is recognised as an indication of quality of the manufacturer as well as its products.
All ASME AIA activities are performed by Lloyd's Register Insurance, Inc. on behalf of the Lloyd's Register Group.
