Contract Administrator - In-Service & Product Certification

 Location: Mumbai

 Tenure: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide high-level project administrative support, coordinating and overseeing the delivery of complex projects in line with defined procedures. You will approach tasks logically, resolve complex queries, and contribute to the planning and delivery of a professional, responsive service for both internal and external clients.

The role requires working under a considerable level of supervision while ensuring accuracy and compliance. In addition, you will support and assist the TSO Product and Certification Team with their tasks and responsibilities as needed.

   The role 

  • Support the Planning and Coordination team in achieving business objectives and KPIs for the Global TSO.
  • Prioritize and process documentation, data, and information in line with local business requirements and agreed timelines.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and filing in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Handle complex queries and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Coach and support team members to enable knowledge transfer and effective application.
  • Conduct all activities in compliance with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures, and budget constraints.
  • Progress cases using the internal job management system.
  • Provide general administrative support across the team.
  • Assist with mailbox categorization and task distribution.
  • Liaise with Planning and Scheduling teams to arrange site surveys.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
