What we’re looking for
The In-Service Yacht Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing Lloyd's Register's in-service yacht portfolio across the United Kingdom and Southwest Europe, including Spain, Italy, and France. The role centers on maintaining and expanding customer relationships, increasing revenue, finding new business opportunities, and showcasing Lloyd’s Register’s classification, compliance, advisory, digital, and technical services to yacht owners, managers, operators, shipyards, designers, and other industry stakeholders.
The position contributes to Lloyd’s Register’s growing presence in the yacht industry, with a focus on customer engagement and durable commercial growth across the UK and Southwest Europe, including Spain, Italy, and France.

The role
Commercial Growth & Portfolio Management:
- Manage and develop Lloyd's Register's in-service yacht portfolio throughout the UK, Spain, Italy, and France.
- Deliver annual revenue, portfolio retention, and growth targets in line with regional business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain close relationships with yacht owners, management companies, operators, captains, family offices, brokers, shipyards, designers, and technical managers.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the yacht lifecycle.
Market Representation:
- Represent Lloyd's Register at industry conferences, yacht shows, networking events, and client functions.
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, maritime studies, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English required. Additional proficiency in either French, Spanish, or Italian is also welcome .
- Significant commercial experience within the maritime, yacht, marine services, classification, or related sectors.
- Solid commercial judgment and well-developed negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative across a geographically diverse region.
