HollyFrontier to implement RBMI in all five subsidiaries

HollyFrontier Corporation plans to implement Capstone Reliability Based Mechanical Integrity (RBMI) software system at all five of its subsidiaries’ complex refineries over the next three years.

The Capstone RBMI software application gives companies the ability to develop a more efficient and effective equipment maintenance and inspection system that results in on-time testing, reduced risk of equipment failure or chemical release, a safer environment for employees and the community, less downtime and increased cost savings.

By implementing the Capstone RBMI program, HollyFrontier and its subsidiaries continues their mission that drives continuous improvement in innovation and performance.

The Capstone RBMI program, offered by Lloyd’s Register Energy, is a fully integrated RBMI inspection software package for upstream, downstream and power industries.  Assets include pressure vessels, piping, storage tanks, heat exchangers (including bundles), relief devices, pipelines, rotating equipment and instrumentation.
