The Australasian Oil and Gas Exhibition and Conference, known as AOG, will be held on the 22-24 February, 2012. In the past few years it has become Australia's largest oil and gas exhibition, with over 450 exhibitors from 16 countries. In additional to the exhibition there will also be a conference, oil and gas careers day and a variety of networking opportunities.

As exhibitor and speaker at this event, Lloyd’s Register reconfirms its dedication to the upstream and energy industry supply chain. Join us for the following events during the Conference:

Day 1 (22nd Feb) 12.00 noon at Seminar Room, (to the right of the main entrance doors at the front of Pavilion 4), Lloyd’s Register will be leading an hour long client interaction session. Here we will be providing and insight into how the Energy team, our Group Companies, ModuSpec and Scandpower and also our management systems colleagues from LRQA can help to increase your assets’ safety, optimise operational excellence and help to enhance your investment yield and competitiveness. BOP risk management by ModuSpec, Risk service portfolio offer by LR Scandpower and Climate Change and training services by LRQA will be the key highlights of our Group presentation. We look forward to interacting with you during this Seminar session. 

On Day 2 (23rd Feb) 12.00 noon, in the main AOG Conference section on Safety and Integrity Management, Lloyd’s Register’ Energy Business Manger for Australia and New Zealand, Jeff Baker, will be presenting a paper in ‘FLNG Units – Managing the Risks’

On Day 2 (23rd Feb) in the Subsea Conference section on Project Evaluation (9am to 12noon), Morten Pettersen of Lloyd’s Register Scandpower will present ‘Identification of interlinked failures in complex systems – Experiences from the Norwegian Continental Shelf’.
