LRQA has completed a hat-trick of licensed FSSC 22000 food safety training courses with the recent notification that its Lead Auditor course had been given the stamp of approval by the Foundation for Food Safety Certification (FSSC).
The five-day course is one of the first in the UK to be licensed by the FSSC, joining LRQA’s one-day courses 'Appreciation' and 'Interpretation', one of which is designed for food manufacturers and the other for the manufacturers of food packaging.
“Good quality training is critical to ensuring effective food safety management systems. Delegates can be assured that if they choose a provider who is licensed by us, they can expect a high quality of training,” said Cornelie Glerum, General Secretary of the FSSC. “We are impressed with the content and design of LRQA’s Lead Auditor course, which provides an ideal next step after the introductory courses.”
