In the last several months, issues regarding commissioning and training efforts have been at the forefront of industry discussion. In an effort to address the concerns of our clients and colleagues, ModuSpec, in conjunction with the Athens Group, is proud to release the second report in a two part series: “The State of NPT on High-Specification Offshore Assets: Focus on Commissioning and Human Resources.” This report will not only touch on the issues fuelling industry concerns, but how to take a proactive approach in reducing commissioning and human resources-related NPT.
