The Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) opens its doors for its annual Spring Conference (CT19) in April, giving visitors the opportunity to gain deep insight from experts at the forefront of the food industry.
This year’s conference, held in Birmingham, focusses on nutrition and how the scientific and technological research and innovation translates into food production to tackle some of the biggest current nutritional and health challenges such us obesity.
