BRCGS Ethical Trade and Responsible Sourcing.

Join experts from BRCGS and LR as they discuss the issues and the implications of the new standard, which was launched in August 2019.

Consumer decision-making is increasingly driven by environmental and ethical considerations. BRCGS has developed the Global Standard for Ethical Trade and Responsible Sourcing to help suppliers demonstrate that their goods and services are produced ethically and that raw materials are sourced responsibly. The Standard gives a framework to evaluate the effectiveness of an organisation’s management system and its ability to deliver against the principles of ethical trade and responsible sourcing.

In this webinar, experts from BRCGS and Lloyd's Register (LR) will discuss why ethical trade and responsible sourcing is important; what the Core Standard and the ETRS Risk Assessment are and the solutions they offer, as well as answering questions from the audience.
