BRC GLOBAL STANDARD FOR FOOD SAFETY

Are you confident in your food safety culture?

For a business to truly achieve the highest levels of food safety, everyone involved in the production process needs to be fully engaged with the requirements expected of them. This in itself establishes and drives the food safety culture of an organization. But how can food safety culture be measured and managed? A new module, developed by the
BRC, offers a streamlined process for helping organizations achieve the highest levels of food safety. And, the module can be leveraged regardless of food safety standard used by the organization, even if the standard followed is not BRC.

Cheryl Stevens – Strategic Client Manager, Food Safety – BRC at Lloyd’s Register talks about the role of culture in driving a commitment to food safety underpinned with the BRC Food Safety Culture Module.
