With CFM Crew Portal, the management of crewing processes becomes much simpler and more transparent while reducing administrative effort. This is supported by a detailed user role concept allowing you to define access privileges just the way you need. The crew can simply view upcoming assignments, check alerts for document renewals and download relevant files on their desktop, tablet or mobile.

CFM Crew Portal Mobile gives your crew the flexibility to manage and access their data regardless of location. Your crew can simply log into the mobile companion app of the Crew Portal and manage their data on the fly or check upon their next assignments using their favourite mobile device.

CFM Accommodations gives you all the tools needed to centrally plan the placement of your crew on board, stress-free and in a time-saving way. Simply create an overview of all cabins and bunks on board and manage and plan their occupancy completely digital. When planning an upcoming voyage, you can simply select your crew members, define the duration of their stay, and 30 CFM Accommodation assign them to cabins and bunks, preventing any double occupancy or errors. In cases of uncertainty regarding the availability of bunks, using the cabin overview you can quickly review information on the status of all bunks on board. Thanks to a clear visualisation, you are able to always check their status at a glance and see if they are occupied, available or if a check-in or check-out is coming up or even overdue. To enhance clarity, when selecting a seafarer, the lifeboat he was assigned to via CFM Emergencies is also displayed accordingly. To make sure that cabins are always in line with MLC regarding cleanliness and proper functionality, the module gives the option to plan cleaning services on demand or at defined intervals as well as to plan maintenance services if required.

CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store makes it much easier to handle cash on board. Just setup your default currency cashboxes ashore and synchronise to your fleet. For a smooth transition from paper to digital work, your crew only needs to register the initial balance, and is ready immediately. CFM Cashbox allows you to keep track of all cashbox transactions and raise a cash to master request when new money is needed. CFM Bonded Store seamlessly integrates with CFM Cashbox and assists you in registering all transactions in your shop on board. For both, seafarer-related transactions will be transferred to payroll automatically, therefore avoiding extra work and risk of errors. Accessing the app ashore you can monitor all transactions throughout your fleet and manage cash to master requests.

CFM Medical Logbook offers a central place for the use on board to record and administrate the medical history of all seafarers with a detailed overview about the latest examinations, medication and current status. The module is supplemented by medical inventory checklists and a handy list of requirements for a ship’s medical chest to make sure that the crew is always well supplied and can act accordingly in cases of injuries or sickness.

Manage and administrate all medication on board easily and comfortably with CFM Pharmacy. The app enables you to do an inventory of all medicine on board, record who has received what kind of medication and also track expiration dates.
