IP is our modular formation evaluation suite. From porosity and pore pressure to reservoir productivity, IP gives you an incredibly capable and customisable solution to share and interpret well logs and many other vital data types. IP's Basic bundle delivers sophisticated data management, calculation and deterministic workflow capabilities as standard. 20 further modules presented in six bundles add comprehensive optional functionality.
IP Basic helps you analyse, visualise and share data to rapidly produce rigorous and reliable interpretations for a single well – or for thousands. The IP Basic bundle is far from basic, offering potent functionality as standard that competing products charge extra for. Principle calculations like clay volume, porosity/water saturation, cut-off and summation, pulsed neutron analysis, organic shales and NMR interpretation are all part of the package. Together, they create an industry-leading deterministic petrophysical workflow built for efficiency and collaboration.
Compatible with a wide range of file formats and third-party products, IP Basic converges and standardises diverse data sources for easy presentation. It includes a comprehensive range of QC and pre-processing functions such as raw data editing, depth shifting and filtering along with powerful viewing and plotting tools. Visualise interpretations and employ interactive parameters within each zone to see instantly how input changes affect interpretation outcome.
Key Features
-
Fast
IP's intuitive interface is quick to learn and easy to use. The interactive graphical picking of parameters immediately updates the interpretation results.
-
Accurate
IP is the best tool for the computations of Porosity and Sw which is the core task of the Petrophysicist. It includes workflows for many complex situations and allows 3D visualisation and identification of trends.
-
Powerful
IP contains everything you need for a complete single or multi-well interactive interpretation for many disciplines and throughout the lifetime of an asset.
-
Flexible
Pick and mix from wide range of optional Add–On Advanced Modules to create a customisable experience for each user. Work your own way, with more than one route to achieve your goals.

Partners and compatibility
IP connects directly to IC for easy file transfer and data sharing. IP can link to common industry applications like to OpenSpirit, Petrel and OpenWorks. It can transfer data to and from any WITSML-compliant application.
The real-time data link module XStream ConnectTM is built and marketed by Capital DK (www.capitaldk.com).
