Overview

Lloyd’s Register (LR) prides itself in being one of the leading ¬global providers of certification, validation, verification and training services for international management system standards.

Gap Analysis

If you are new to quality management, an ISO 9001 gap analysis is an opportunity to focus on any critical, high risk or weak areas of your system to create a certifiable QMS. We will work with you to define the scope of the gap analysis to ensure it meets your objectives.

Certification & Assessment

This is typically a two-stage process consisting of a system appraisal and an initial assessment. The duration of your assessment will depend on the size and complexity of your organisation and the maturity of your management system. Once your management system has been approved, we conduct regular surveillance visits to check the ongoing effectiveness of your system, giving you the assurance that your QMS is continually improving.

Integrated assessment

Organisations with multiple management systems, such as quality, environmental, occupational health and safety and information security, can benefit from a co-ordinated assessment and surveillance programme. Assurance Services Don’t let your certification journey stop with quality; at LR, we deliver certification, validation and verification assessment services to all of the world’s leading standards and schemes including health and safety, environmental, sustainability, energy management, business continuity, cyber security and many more.
