Purchase Order Number
During the survey booking process within LRCD, you will have the option to enter a Purchase Order number or reference number, if you have one. This will be passed through to the invoicing team to make the process more streamlined.
Please note that this is not mandatory.
Remote Survey Preference
You can indicate your preference for the survey to be conducted remotely by ticking a box during the survey booking process. Your request will be reviewed by a surveyor, who will consider eligibility for remote attendance and confirm accordingly.
Please note that Lloyd’s Register (LR) is unable to guarantee any remote attendance.
Port Mapping and Zonal Charges
When selecting the port location for the selected survey, you will now find a new step asking you to select the country first. This is to avoid selecting the incorrect port where we have ports of the same name in more than one country. Once your port has been selected, we will auto-populate the correct LR office responsible for that port location. In addition, you will now be able to see the zonal charge for that port location with a helpful link to more information on any applicable charges.
When will I see these improvements?
These improvements will be live on the LRCD platform from Tuesday, 13 July.
