Biography
Magdalene is the Communications Manager for the Lloyd's Register Maritime Decarbonisation Hub. Her career spans diverse industries, including maritime, enterprise technology, FMCG and financial services, where she has established a track record in raising the public profiles of corporate and product brands through impactful marketing and communications campaigns, as well as creating and implementing CSR and sustainability initiatives. She has also built up capabilities in content marketing strategy to help organisations drive digital engagements with key stakeholders, business partners, customers and prospects.
As a self-professed "learning nerd", Magdalene regularly takes on MOOC education courses to deepen her industry knowledge and keeps up-to-date on industry news from Lloyd's List, Tradewinds, Riviera, and of course, Lloyd's Register's Horizons online magazine, where she regularly contributes articles on the Hub's work on zero carbon fuels and decarbonisation projects.
