Biography
Samie Parkar is a Senior Specialist in the Maritime Decarbonisation Hub. He has over seven years’ experience as a Process Engineer on major construction projects including LNG, gas processing, petrochemical and UK nuclear new build.
Samie has held roles of increasing responsibility in Front-End Engineering Design, detailed engineering to construction (EPC) and Project Management Consultant capacities. He has extensive experience of safety studies used for identifying hazards and assessing safeguards, including HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) and LOPA (Layers of Protection Analysis).
