He is the area sales manager of North Asia in our customised assurance sector. He is responsible for leading the business development team for the markets in China, Korea & Japan . Business includes services for the food sector and for training and improvement services for whole sector.
Why did you join?
LR's position in the industry is very high, admired by everyone. Over 250 years of history attracted me and I wanted to know more about it. I wanted to learn how the organisation evolved over the last 250 years.
Why did you stay?
LR provides me with a stage that I can work freely, and can achieve better self-worth. My performance has been recognised and I have had the opportunity of being promoted to the area sales manager. It makes me feel that my work it is worth the effort.
