In today's dynamic marine industry, where regulatory requirements seem to change on an almost daily basis, it is vital that sea-going and shore-based staff have up-to-date knowledge of the essential requirements of classification and statutory surveys.

Overview

This two or three day course will clarify the role and function of a modern classification society. It will enhance understanding of a society’s requirements for both classification and statutory surveys, and help you to prepare for scheduled major surveys.
