Leading the Shore Based Team.

The two day programme focuses on the key leadership and people management skills needed to provide shore based managers with tools to create a real effectiveness in people terms for the fleet, develop motivated teams and develop effective communication to enhance safe operation. The workshop will be conducted by Lloyd's Register and Advantage Performance Training Ltd, a leading European management training organisation.

This workshop is specifically designed to be relevant for managers who are responsible for operational, technical and other shore based ship management functions and wish to fully embrace modern people and business management to achieve improved business performance.

By developing their personal leadership skills, they will be able to improve the effectiveness of their operation in meeting the best practice requirements of the industry.

The workshop will also assist in developing conformity with OCIMF's Tanker Management Self Assessment (TMSA) programme.
