Coordinated attendance booking, guided by a global team
Our Global Planning & Scheduling (P&S) team oversees a worldwide pool of surveyors and auditors to support timely and well-coordinated survey attendance. Working alongside LR’s online booking tool available through your portal, this team reviews each request across time zones and assigns the most suitable expert as per your needs.
How it works:
- Submitting a survey request: Submit your survey or audit attendance request via the Client Portal or Digital Workbench. The portal guides you as to which information needs to be submitted, ensuring your request is complete and ready for processing.
- Assignment to a case owner: The Global P&S team reviews all incoming requests and assigns them to a case owner. Once your case is assigned, you will receive an email with the name of your case owner.
- Allocation of surveyor: Your case owner will match your request to the available surveyors and auditors based on your criteria, location and other requirements and will inform you on who has been assigned. In case there is no availability in the location for the selected date, the case owner will contact you to discuss various options and find the best solution.
- If you need to make any changes, please respond via email in the same email thread. This ensures your message gets to the right case owner who is able to accommodate the change.
