Coordinated survey booking, guided by a global team
Our Global Planning & Scheduling (P&S) team oversees a worldwide pool of surveyors to support timely and well-coordinated survey attendance. Working alongside LR’s online booking tool available through your portal, this team reviews each request across time zones and assigns the most suitable surveyor as per your needs.
How it works:
- Submitting a survey request: Submit your survey attendance request via the Client Portal or Digital Workbench. The Portal guides you as to which information needs to be submitted, ensuring your request is complete and ready for processing.
- Assignment to a case handler: The Global P&S team reviews all incoming requests and assigns them to your case handler. ??? notificication? (Once assigned, you will receive an email with the contact details of the case handler managing your case??)
- Allocation of surveyor: Your case handler will match your request to the available surveyor or auditor based on your criteria, location and other requirements and will inform you on which surveyor has been assigned. ??
