For surveyor attendance requests, including remote or administrative surveys, please log in to your Client Portal. Using the portal ensures all required information is captured and your request is processed quickly and efficiently.

How to book a survey in a few steps
For urgent survey requests you can use LR's emergency line.
If you experience any challenges submitting your request via the Client Portal, you can email your survey request to us at surveyrequest@lr.org. In this case, please send a separate email for each request, avoiding overlaying to a previous case, to help us process it efficiently. Requests via the portal are generally faster and easier to track.
