The person answering your call will not be a technical expert, their role is to identify where our vessel is located, the category of your request and then direct to the most appropriate technical team to arrange attendance.
Once we have collected the required details you will receive a call back within 30 minutes from an LR technical expert.
You will be requested to provide the following information:
We have identified three categories when urgent assistance for a vessel is needed outside of normal working hours:
Time-dependent e.g. surveys to secure charter requirements, surveyor assistance to clear port entry requirements imposed on arrival;
Safety-related e.g. damages or statutory issues requiring immediate assistance before vessel can continue operating;
PSC related e.g. requires immediate attendance before the vessel can continue service.
