We’re delighted to share our 2024 UK gender pay gap report, which provides an important update on the progress we’re making in achieving gender pay parity at LR.
Our 2024 data shows that we’ve made significant strides in reducing the gap between the mean hourly pay and mean bonus payments of men and women across LR, along with a smaller reduction in the median bonus payments gap. As an organisation that values diversity and inclusion, we’re committed to further reducing the gender pay gap and advancing gender equality in our workplace.
What is the gender pay gap?
The gender pay gap is the difference in the average hourly pay of all men and women across an organisation. Each year, we’re required to show the pay position on 5 April (the ‘snapshot’ date) and refer to bonus payments for the 12-month period before this. The gender pay gap is not the same as unequal pay, which is paying men and women differently for performing the same (or similar) work.
