We are pleased to announce that Michelle Davies has joined LR in the new role of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Michelle will oversee the group corporate secretary and legal teams and she support both the Lloyd's Register Foundation and LR boards. She will also support the Executive Leadership Team on strategic legal and commercial activities.
Michelle was previously group general counsel and corporate secretary for Foster Wheeler and has extensive experience in a range of highly competitive and regulated industries including engineering, construction, gas, energy and nuclear as well as proven success in international mergers and acquisitions.
