The two day programme focuses on the key leadership and people management skills needed to provide shore based managers with tools to create a real effectiveness in people terms for the fleet, develop motivated teams and develop effective communication to enhance safe operation. The workshop will be conducted by Lloyd's Register and Advantage Performance Training Ltd, a leading European management training organisation.

What will you learn?
Following attendance on the course the delegate will have a real understanding of management, leadership and accountability for both shore and ship's personnel. By developing their personal leadership skills, they will be able to improve the effectiveness of their operation in meeting the best practice requirements of the industry.
The workshop will also assist in developing conformity with OCIMF's Tanker Management Self Assessment (TMSA) programme.
