Following attendance on the course the delegate will have: a real understanding of management, leadership and accountability for both shore and ship's personnel. By developing their personal leadership skills, they will be able to improve the effectiveness of their operation in meeting the best practice requirements of the industry.

The workshop will also assist in developing conformity with OCIMF's Tanker Management Self Assessment (TMSA) programme and other internationally recognised industry standards or guidelines.
