Train the Trainer.

This course will benefit all staff that are or will be delivering training.

Delegate numbers are limited to ensure maximum delegate participation and feedback.

This course provides trainer skills to confidently deliver training courses.

Many people become trainers because of their knowledge on a particular subject. However, the ability to train is not something that is gained from subject knowledge alone, but also through understanding and experience. This practical, interactive course will give trainers a comprehensive core of knowledge and key competencies that will be expected by their delegates.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

• Plan and prepare to deliver training using existing materials

• Create a welcoming and professional training environment

• Build credibility with delegates and manage their needs and expectations

Deliver training sessions that:

- are well structured and signposted 

- promote interaction and involvement of learners 

- test that learning objectives have been achieved

Demonstrate professional trainer delivery skills including effective use of voice, body language and visual aids including PowerPoint and flipcharts.
