Overview
As the course progresses you can start putting your newly learned knowledge, skills and expertise to work. This marine coatings and inspection specific training scheme requires you to complete the online core and specialist units. Each unit must be completed by passing a multiple choice test with a 100% pass mark.
Who will benefit
This course will benefit those who wish to extend their knowledge and overall understanding of the industry, including office based staff working within a coating inspection organisation or paint applicators wishing to further their career.
Once you have created your username and password, you can login at any time and continue training.

Course duration recommended three to six months. Delegates will have access to the course content for 12 months from registration.
Marking structure
100% pass mark for the online training is required

Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate of completion will be issued.

Once you have enrolled onto the Certificate of Completion you will have access to the online training programme for 12 months, offering you regularly updated information including helpful tools and a media library.
This online course can provide acceptance onto a PR34, IMO, PSPC approved coating inspector qualification workshop through an independent organisation. Completion of such a workshop will lead to a certificate accredited and approved under the requirements of MSC.215(82) and IACS UI SC223 by the independent company. Please contact us for details.
