We’re pleased to share our 2025 UK gender pay gap report, which sets out our latest position and the progress we continue to make in reducing the gender pay gap at LR.
This year’s results reflect continued underlying progress, driven by improved female representation in senior and upper-middle quartile roles, alongside our sustained focus on inclusive talent, reward and progression practices.
What is the gender pay gap?
The gender pay gap is the difference in the average hourly pay of all men and women across an organisation. Each year, we’re required to show the pay position on 5 April (the ‘snapshot’ date) and refer to bonus payments for the 12-month period before this. The gender pay gap is not the same as unequal pay, which is paying men and women differently for performing the same (or similar) work.
