This page provides the latest status of survey and audit delivery following tensions in the Middle East.
Current status
We are now able to deliver survey and audit services across all locations in the Middle East in line with our existing risk assessments. Onsite attendance proceeds as normal in almost all cases.
Anchorage attendance
Where attendance is required at anchorage, an additional risk assessment is carried out in advance. This confirms that the activity can be completed safely and appropriately before attendance is agreed.
Requesting a service
All new survey and audit requests should continue to be submitted via the Client Portal. Each request is reviewed individually by our Global Planning & Scheduling team, who will confirm the most appropriate delivery approach.
Alternative delivery
In rare cases where onsite attendance is not appropriate, services may be delivered remotely via our Global Digital Survey Center (GDSC), depending on operational conditions.
