Course summary
This highly participative training involves reviewing non conformities, identifying areas where improvement is needed, and practicing transforming poorly written non conformities into meaningful and well written notes.
Once properly formulated NCNs are available practice is provided to simulate root cause analysis and definition of short and long terms actions to prevent recurrence of the problem(s) identified.
The theoretical principles of the audit process, root cause analysis of findings, corrective actions, and writing Non-Conformity notes are presented, but the majority of the training is based on “learning by doing”.
Delegates will receive a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the course.
