EthNet is all about promoting visibility, cultural sensitivity, connections and career development for people of all backgrounds, cultures and faiths. It’s a forum for discussion, to plan awareness building initiatives and, through our peer group leaders, to share those experiences and recommendations with senior stakeholders. So we can all play a role in building an inclusive organisation – where everyone from all multicultural backgrounds has a voice and access to the best career opportunities.
Growing up in a metropolitan city like Mumbai, India, where we celebrate various cultural events, I’m grateful to join EthNet Colleague Network, which provides a platform to connect with like-minded colleagues. We promote cultural diversity and inter-faith dialogues, all to increase awareness and ensure that everyone is welcome.
