Hin Lee (Zhuhai) Shipyard Co., Ltd. is a foreign-owned enterprise, held by Hong Kong’s Cheoy Lee Shipyards Ltd. through Adforce (BVI) Ltd., with a total investment
of HK$120.7 million. Established in April 1997 and commencing operations in September 2000, the shipyard occupies approximately 113,000m², including a
covered construction floor area of 53,137m².
The facility has three specialised shipbuilding districts, focusing on fibreglass reinforced plastic (GRP), aluminium alloy, and steel vessels, equipped with advanced infrastructure capable of accommodating the construction of a wide variety of ship types.
Hin Lee employs around 1,000 staff, including certified skilled workers, senior technicians, engineers, and management personnel from China, Singapore, the USA, and Hong Kong.
The yard’s shipbuilding capacity covers vessels up to 65m in length, fabricated from steel, aluminium alloy, and GRP. Its diverse product portfolio includes luxury yachts, high-speed craft, firefighting vessels, Z-pillar tugs, anchor handling tugs, diving support vessels, and all types of ship furniture.
Supporting the production process, Hin Lee offers concept and production design services and has distribution offices in Hong Kong and Florida.
