Jiangsu New Hantong Ship Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (NHT) is located in Yangzhong, near the Taizhou Bridge and close to a major shipbuilding equipment and supply cluster. This location provides strong industrial support and convenient transport links.

The company began ship construction in February 2008 and specialises in building vessels of up to 300,000 DWT, as well as offshore products.

NHT covers a total area of 1.1 million square metres and has approximately one kilometre of coastline. It employs more than 3,000 personnel, including around 600 technical and management staff.

Key facilities include a 300,000 DWT dry dock equipped with an 800-tonne gantry crane, as well as two 80,000-tonne slipways fitted with 200-tonne gantry cranes. The yard also operates a processing workshop covering 180,000 square metres, supported by a range of additional production facilities.

The company has an annual steel processing capacity of 350,000 tonnes and a shipbuilding capacity of 2 million DWT. NHT aims to rank among the leading shipyards in China.
